As Medical Director at Refresh, Dr. Larry Vigilia brings more than three decades of clinical expertise across urgent care, sports medicine, lifestyle medicine, rejuvenation medicine, and aesthetics — delivering care that is both precise and deeply personalized.
Dr. Vigilia has served as a physician for Glendale Community College and as an Associate Professor at the University of Southern California School of Medicine. His experience also includes work as a medical consultant for the Los Angeles Police Department Martial Arts Advisory Panel and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
